Shipping policy
Order Processing & Production Time
All of our products are custom made to order.
Once your order is placed, it enters production. Please allow 5–7 business days for your item to be printed, prepared, and packaged before it ships.
Because each item is made specifically for you, we are unable to rush production at this time.
Shipping Time
Once your order has shipped, the average delivery time is 3–5 business days within the United States.
Please note:
- Shipping times are estimates, not guarantees.
- Delivery times may vary during holidays or periods of high carrier volume.
- Weather, carrier delays, or incorrect addresses may impact delivery time.
Total Estimated Delivery Time
Most orders arrive within:
8–12 business days total
(5–7 business days production + 3–5 business days shipping)
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update after receiving your notification.
Incorrect Addresses
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.
If an incorrect address is provided and the order has already entered production, we may not be able to modify it.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for reshipment costs.
