We stand behind the quality of every shirt we print. If your order arrives with a print defect, manufacturing flaw, or quality issue, contact us within 365 days of delivery at:

Please include a photo of the issue and your order number. We'll review and make it right β no hassle, no drama.
Please note: This guarantee covers quality and manufacturing defects only. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges for sizing, color preference, or buyer's remorse. Every item is printed to order in the USA specifically for you.
Replacements & Refunds
For quality and manufacturing defects, we'll send a complimentary replacement at no additional cost β no return required.
For sizing or ordering errors, we've got a better solution than a traditional return:

Non-Returnable Items
Because all products are made to order and produced specifically for each customer, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Incorrect size ordered
- Buyerβs remorse
- Ordering the wrong product
- Color preference changes
If you would like to place a new order, you will be responsible for the cost of the new item.
Ineligible Returns & Exchanges
The following items are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund:
- Items that have been worn or washed
- Items that have been altered in any way
- Items that do not have the original tags attached
- E-gift cards
- Sale items
We reserve the right to refuse a refund request if it does not comply with this policy.
Order Issues & Production Errors
