Description

They were supposed to be the appetizer.
Two dozen wings on the gas grill, a quick char, a toss in sauce.
Twenty minutes later the platter's empty, and everyone's arguing drum versus flat.
Nobody's neutral on wings. Nobody ever has been.

Heavyweight cotton that feels broken in, not worn out. Made for game days, backyard hangs and sticky fingers.

Why You'll Love It
• Heavyweight, preshrunk cotton (heather colors are a cotton blend)
• Classic relaxed fit. Between sizes? Size up
• Double-needle stitching at the collar, sleeves and hem
• Black S–5XL · Graphite Heather S–5XL · Navy S–5XL · Royal S–5XL · Military Green S–4XL · Cardinal Red S–3XL
• The gift for the one with strong opinions on dry rub vs. sauce

It Brings People Together
Wings might be the most social food there is. They're shared off one big platter, eaten standing up, and always come with a debate: hot or mild, ranch or blue cheese, drum or flat. The arguing is half the fun, and it always ends with a second batch.

Bigger Than BBQ
The pit gave our founder, a U.S. Army veteran, something he couldn't find anywhere else: purpose. 10% of net profits help other veterans find theirs.

BBQ ISN'T JUST COOKING.

IT'S A PERSONALITY.

You know the difference between a smoke ring and a grill mark. You've pulled an all-nighter for a brisket. You've explained "the stall" to someone who didn't get it — and never will.

This gear is for you. Built by a pitmaster, worn by one too.

🔥 Heavyweight cotton — built to handle heat, smoke, and whatever you spill at 2 AM

🇺🇸 Printed in the USA — every order supports American jobs and American craft

🛡️ 365-day guarantee — we stand behind our gear longer than most people stand at their smoker

The guy behind the gear

From the pit to a purpose

I'm Sean, a U.S. Army veteran and pitmaster of Risky Brisket Championship BBQ. After six years in the Army, BBQ became my therapy: the patience, the fire, the process. Eighteen years on the competition circuit later, I design every piece of Meat Sweats gear and wear-test it at contests and classes before it ever hits the site.

Today, 10% of net profits go directly to veteran mental health charities, because no one who served should fight alone. Every piece of gear you buy helps veterans get access to culinary arts as PTSD therapy through our 501(c)(3) charities.
